Our Board is comprised of Executive and Non-Executive Directors with different skills, knowledge and expertise from a wide variety of sectors and backgrounds and this mix is an important factor in delivering strong governance, scrutiny and decision making.

Our Board meetings are held in public every two months. To maintain a focus on quality and a connection with frontline services, each Board meeting starts with a Listening to Experience session where members of staff, patients, carers or family members share their own personal experiences of receiving or delivering care.
