Collaboration and partnership are central to everything that we do – whether it is with our staff; people who use our services and their families and carers or our system partners.

We are an active member of the Devon Integrated Care System (ICS), which is called One Devon. This is an important forum in which to make sure the voices of people with mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity needs are heard. It is a collaboration of the NHS and local authorities, as well as a wide range of other organisations including the voluntary sector, with which we are working collaboratively to improve the lives of people in Devon.

We want to make Devon as strong as we can, through partnership working, with the ambition of tackling health inequalities, helping communities to thrive and achieving the best possible outcomes for everyone.
