You will use that to deliver our vision of a radical transformation of our care model, improving outcomes and tackling inequalities. You will embed an improvement mindset and methods into all of our systems, processes and daily work.
  • A strategic thinker: who has an indepth understanding and experience of the health and social care landscape, especially mental health, learning disability and autism services. You will bring vision, ambition and clarity to the future direction of the Trust.
