Every day, thousands of colleagues across our Trust work with compassion, professionalism and expertise to improve the lives of the people and communities we serve. Together, we are united by a clear vision: to provide the very best mental health, learning disability, autism and community-based services for the populations we serve.

We are proud of the culture we have built. Our values of being kind, respectful, always learning and being one team – shape how we work with our service users, carers, partners and one another. They are more than words; they underpin our leadership, our decision making and our ambition to create an organisation where colleagues feel supported to thrive and where people receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Our strategy is guided by the Quadruple Aim: delivering the best possible care, improving the health of our communities, creating joy and pride in work for our colleagues, and ensuring value for money for the public we serve.

As we look to the future, we see enormous opportunity. We are continuing to transform the way services are delivered, strengthening partnerships across Lancashire and South Cumbria and working with our health and care partners to provide more integrated, locally delivered care. Through our locality management and clinical service delivery model, alongside our leadership of the provider collaborative for mental health, learning disability and autism services, we are helping to shape a more connected and sustainable health and care system that improves outcomes and reduces health inequalities.

Our next Chief Executive will inherit a strong organisation with firm foundations. Under the leadership of our current Chief Executive, Chris Oliver, the Trust has strengthened quality and safety, improved access to care closer to home and achieved an overall CQC rating of 'Good'. Chris leaves the Trust well positioned for its next chapter.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who shares our values and our ambition. Someone who can inspire our people, build trusted relationships with partners across the system and provide the strategic leadership needed to deliver excellent services in an increasingly complex environment. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference – not only to our organisation, but to the lives of the people and communities who rely on us.
