Associate Director of OD, Leadership and Learning
The role
As the Associate Director of People: Organisational Development, Learning and Leadership you will play a key leadership role directing the full range of our OD, Leadership and Learning teams and lead on several Trust wide priority OD programmes. These include a priority organisational development initiative: the Immediate Manager Programme, based on the belief that the development of great managers with a set of universal attributes has the potential to create a high performing workforce.
We are seeking an innovative and inspirational People leader to drive our ambitious vision and aims across our OD and leadership agenda. You will be an individual who champions our values and behaviours with a passion to further develop our compassionate and inclusive culture
The successful candidate will lead and communicate the vision of the People Agenda and provide clear leadership and direction throughout the OD programmes. You will be accustomed to working with executive teams and be able to clearly engage with internal and external stakeholders and service providers and business partners and will become a key member of our senior leadership team in People and OD.
