Associate Director of OD, Leadership and Learning
The role
As the Associate Director of People: Organisational Development, Learning and Leadership you will play a key leadership role directing the full range of our OD, Leadership and Learning teams and lead on several Trust wide priority OD programmes. These include a priority organisational development initiative: the Immediate Manager Programme, based on the belief that the development of great managers with a set of universal attributes has the potential to create a high performing workforce.

Salary:
Band 8D: £85,289 to £97,484 (including HCAS)
Location:
St Mary’s but able to work across all sites/and or remotely
Responsible to:
Director of Organisational Development and wellbeing
Accountable to:
Director of Organisational Development and wellbeing

The successful candidate will lead and communicate the vision of the People Agenda and provide clear leadership and direction throughout the OD programmes. You will be accustomed to working with executive teams and be able to clearly engage with internal and external stakeholders and service providers and business partners and will become a key member of our senior leadership team in People and OD.
