As Executive Director of Digital, Estates & Facilities, I am looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with operational credibility. Someone who understands that great digital transformation is not simply about technology, but about improving patient care, supporting our workforce and enabling new ways of working across organisational and system boundaries.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the next chapter of our digital journey. You will lead a talented and committed team, building on strong foundations and working closely with clinical, operational and executive colleagues to deliver meaningful change. From advancing our EPR programme and embracing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, to strengthening cyber resilience, data and digital services, your work will have a lasting impact across our organisation and the communities we serve.
