Excellent Care Everywhere

“Excellent Care Everywhere” is the Trust Strategy for 2025-2030

We aim to provide Excellent Care Everywhere by addressing key challenges and leveraging strengths over the next five years

  • The strategy is shaped by community feedback from over 5,000 participants in the Big Conversation.
  • It focuses on five ambitions: excellent care for patients, people, communities, the future, and collaboration as One UHSussex.
  • Key challenges include long waiting lists, staff satisfaction, and funding issues.
  • The Trust has made significant improvements, including reducing waiting lists faster than any other trust in the country.
