About the role
As part of the NW Surrey Health and Care Alliance leadership team, the Director of Transformation will share the strategic responsibility for improving the health outcomes of local people, in the broadest sense. You will report to the Alliance Chief Officer and will act as their key number two across the geography, being someone who holds aspirations of taking on an Executive role in the future.
We are looking for someone who can build and oversee an innovative and dynamic team, to drive the radical transformation of health and public services across North West Surrey, with a focus on delivering true integration and continuous improvement across the broadest determinants of health outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who, working with the Executive Lead for Transformation and the NW Surrey Health and Care Alliance Board, can create a comprehensive transformation programme, aligned to our key priorities, and develop a leading transformation and delivery capability to deliver the programme.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of transformation, change management and quality improvement and will be able to work effectively to deliver a complex programme across multiple organisations. You will be an exceptional communicator, able to convey ideas in an engaging way and able to motivate colleagues towards collaborative goals. You will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership and operational capability.
