Connect and Learn Sessions
About the sessions
Session Lead: Peter Molyneux
A practical session exploring how to translate NHS leadership experience into a compelling proposition for voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations. We’ll look at which parts of the VCS are most likely to value NHS experience, what VCS leaders are really looking for, and how NHS skills and ways of working land in this context.
The session will focus on how to position your experience so it aligns with VCS values, expectations and operating realities - helping you clearly articulate your potential value and impact in the sector.
